What establishes our data protection obligations to you?

Migration Mavens is required to process your personal data in accordance with the law.

Where does Migration Mavens store your personal data?

Marketing Data Collection

As part of the registration process for our e-newsletter, and for our website contact forms, we collect personal information. We use that information for a couple of reasons: to offer you information you’ve asked us to tell you about; to contact you if we need to obtain or provide additional information; to check our records are right and to check every now and then that you’re happy and satisfied. We don’t rent or trade email lists with other organisations and businesses.
We use a third-party provider, Campaign Monitor, to store contact data & deliver our newsletter. We gather statistics around email opening and clicks using industry standard technologies to help us monitor and improve our e-newsletter. You can unsubscribe from our general mailings at any time of the day or night by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any of our emails or by emailing our data protection officer, who’s details are below.

Migration Mavens also includes Retargeting cookies within our website. These cookies are used to segment our audience for more targeting advertising campaigns. Should you wish to deactivate these cookies they can be removed within our Cookies Policy. By default these cookies are turned off.

We user third party tools to collect user data to improve user experiences. These tools include AB Testing tools, Survey software, live chat, session recording, heat maps, mouse tracking and personalisation. These tools can be deactivated within our Cookies Policy
